Savory Slow Cooker Chicken

I’m all for trying new foods, and the more I experiment with my cooking the more I want to broaden my palate and try unique taste. However, sometimes you just want a good old fashioned home, cooked meal like grandma used to make. Yes, something cooked low and slow and full of flavor may be just what the doctor ordered.

If that’s what you’re looking for, look no more. This chicken dish is sure to please even the most picky eater in your family.

Make sure you save any extra broth to whip up a savory gravy or use the leftovers for your C.O.S.T cooking meal #2: Homemade Chicken Soup.

    Do you post nutritional information

    • Stephanie – I am sorry. Unfortunately, I don’t. It would be something I would love to do in the future once I get to the point where I can hire some help. :)

    Hi Jen!
I was wondering about the measurement for the coconut oil. I originally assumed it was for 1/8 a cup but since the only measuring device I have marked at 1/8 is in teaspoons, I wasn’t so sure. I don’t know if it would matter much either way, but I’m not much of a “wing it” type when it comes to recipes! I get too nervous! Thanks :)
