Easy BBQ Chicken Pizza

BBQ Chicken Pizza @10MinuteDinners

Pizza is a staple in our home. There’s no way around it.

It’s served at least once or twice a week, both store bought and home made. I love making my own homemade pizza crust and with my Kitchen Aid  Stand Mixer  (I admit, I own two because this one was such a great price),  homemade crust mixes up in minutes. As we know, that’s not always possible or I wouldn’t have started this site.

Experimenting with pizza toppings is always fun, and if you are looking for a creative party idea, my Build Your Own Pizza Bar consistently will get you rave reviews.

Our family loves BBQ chicken and this BBQ Chicken Pizza is the perfect Take Two recipe from our Oven Baked Barbeque Chicken Thighs or Crock pot BBQ Chicken.

During the summer, I just love turning this into a Grilled Pizza. Have you ever tried it before? Amazing. Check out my post on our yummy grilled veggie pizza over at Balancing Beauty and Bedlam.

Another C.O.S.T Cooking Take Two Meals for this BBQ Chicken would be my Delicious Mini Biscuit Meals.

What Take Two Recipe would you make with your BBQ Chicken?

I love your COST concept and I know these first two recipes would be a hit with my family.

Well I was talking to my in-laws this past weekend who were doing a lot of maintenance type work on their farm. When I suggested that I could bring over dinner Sunday night for everyone, my MIL practically reached through the phone to hug me:) My local grocery store happened to have chicken thighs on sale this weekend so guess what we had? Pared with the last of the potatoes and beans from our garden, everyone loved the bbq chicken and tonight we’ll be serving up pizza after hockey practice! Thanks again!

  1. […] The first night, I typically serve it right over rice. I make sure and ladle some of the great juices on for extra flavor. Then we have sandwiches (drizzled with ranch dressing or bleu cheese, of course), Quesadillas, Enchiladas, Buffalo Chicken  Dip and some yummy Buffalo Chicken Pizza. […]
