Over the last four years, I have been sharing a peek into my role as a Family Manager at my lifestyle blog, Balancing Beauty and Bedlam. During this time, one of the main focuses has been suggestions on not only ways to manage meal time, but also suggestions on how to do that while staying on budget.
As I began sharing more tips and tricks for tackling the “What’s for Dinner?” dilemma, a theme of quick and easy dinners came into play, and thus this new blog has been born.
Yes, today, 10 Minute Dinners has launched to take you on a journey. It’s my journey really; a busy mom of five children who struggles to stay one step ahead of her chaotic schedule and get meals on the table just like everybody else.
10 Minute Dinners will be more than a place to come for simple recipes; it will be a place of inspiration and encouragement. Over the next 31 days I will begin sharing how to preparing for meal time in a new light. We will equip ourselves with the tools, knowledge, and necessary short cuts to prepare home cooked meals.
Since sometimes ten minutes is all we have, my desire is that we use those moments wisely so we can spend more time gathering around the family table connecting over a shared family meal.
